Twist on the stamp head, dial the depth between 0.25mm and 3.0mm depending on your sensitivity and experience level — beginners should start at 0.25mm and work up gradually. Stamp evenly across thinning areas for consistent coverage. Most users do one to two sessions per week before bed, paired with whatever serum they already use.
