Products & pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We may update prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we spot a clear pricing error after you order, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel orders we can't fulfil, with a full refund.
Shipping
Free shipping on all orders. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Warranty
All devices include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Register on our Warranty Registration page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear.
Product use & results
Our devices are for personal home use as described in each product's manual. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. The devices are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a scalp condition, are pregnant, or use medical implants, consult a doctor before use.
Limitation of liability
Crownmate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
